Strong R&D Team
Our R&D team is composed of a number of doctors and masters as technical core members, supported by highly qualified researchers with senior and intermediate professional titles. The team is streamlined, multidisciplinary, and highly capable, with extensive experience and solid expertise. We cover the entire process from project initiation, development and testing, analysis and inspection, to product application.
We have developed nearly 100 customized product specifications for our customers. Additionally, we maintain long-term, multi-faceted collaborations with independent laboratories, universities and research institutes to enhance our product development and innovation capabilities.
Precision Testing Equipment
Complete testing equipment, can analyze and test the indicators from raw materials to finished products, including: Mechanical properties,Rheological characteristics,Mooney viscosity, Elemental chemical analysis, DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry), MFR (Melt Flow Rate), pH value, Ash content, Hardness, Tear resistance, Thermal stability, Rubber aging properties, Rubber vulcanization characteristics, etc.
Dedicated Pilot Production Line
We also operates specialized small-scale pilot plants, including miniature reactor systems for simulating chemical reaction processes during new product or specification development. These facilities can also replicate downstream production processes such as extrusion, injection molding, and vulcanization, ensuring flexible, efficient, and cost-effective R&D while enhancing understanding of downstream applications. This capability facilitates customer guidance and continuous product improvement.
