Sundow Material uses self-produced CPVC resin imports high-quality additives and takes stable formulation to ensure the high quality and stability of CPVC compound.
Sundow Material strictly implements the ISO9001 quality management system and full-process quality control for each batch of Surpla® CPVC shipped out of the factory. Each batch undergoes 12 professional tests, including key testing items such as chlorine content, mechanical properties, heat resistance etc. All batches are with the traceable testing reports to ensure that the products delivered to customers are high-quality and reliable products.
Sundow Material is equipped with extruders and injection molding machines to simulate the production process of downstream customers to ensure that its products are more suitable for customer needs.
The company has specially formed a "360-degree worry-free service" technical team composed of 10 professional engineers to provide customers with full-cycle technical support: through a comprehensive and multi-level technical support system including pre-sales consultation, in-sales guidance and after-sales assistance, we have successfully helped more than 200 customers achieve the optimal application of Surpla® CPVC, with high customer satisfaction.
